How much does it cost to charter a plane?

There are multiple factors involved in quoting on a charter flight, from the type of aircraft involved (bigger, faster aircraft cost more) to how many days you need to be away for.  We quote on a case by case basis, as no two charter requirements are exactly the same.

Our charter fleet is varied, meaning we have an aircraft available for almost any mission.  From small, twin engine charter aircraft suitable for one to three passengers, through to fast, turbine aircraft capable of long distance, interstate flights.

To give an indication of just how much it does cost to charter a plane, to fly from our home base at Cessnock Airport in the Hunter Valley Wine Country to Mudgee Airport and return the same day would cost around $1700+GST in one of our light twin engine aircraft.

Note that due to our fatigue limitations we need to account for day accommodation for the pilot if you need to wait more than four hours so that your pilot is fresh to fly you home!
